YDS – Your Daily Supplements
At YDS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products (food supplements), we have a clear and fair refund and return policy in line with UK consumer law.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
- Products must be in a resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Support Team
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplements
- Shilajit honey sticks, gummies, or resin that have been unsealed
- Products returned without prior approval
- Shipping fees
- Shipping protection or add-on services
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@yourdailysupplements.co.uk.
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. How to Request a Return
- Email us within 30 days of purchase
- Include order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval and instructions
- Return using tracked shipping
Returns sent without approval will not be processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Tracked postage is recommended
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns
6. Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from approved refunds.
7. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
- Payment providers may take additional time
8. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened and sealed.
Opened supplements are exempt due to hygiene regulations.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us first to resolve any issues.
Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in refusal of future orders.
